Return & Refund

At Clayton Prints, we are committed to providing you with high-quality printing equipment and supplies to help your business and creativity thrive. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you.

General Return Conditions
  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:

  • Consumables: Inks, toners, vinyls, transfer papers, and adhesive sheets once the packaging is unsealed.

  • Software: Digital products or physical software packages where the license key has been activated or the seal is broken.

  • Spare Parts: Specific spare parts that have been installed or tampered with.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

Equipment Returns (Machines)
  • If you encounter a technical issue with a machine (Cricut, Silhouette, Heat Press, etc.), we encourage you to contact our support team first. We offer installation, troubleshooting, and setup support to ensure your machine is working at peak performance.

  • If a machine is found to be defective out of the box (DOA), please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery so we can facilitate a replacement or repair.

  • If you wish to return a non-defective machine, it must be returned in “like-new” condition with all original accessories, manuals, and protective packaging. A restocking fee of [e.g., 10-15%] may apply.

The Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

Shipping Returns
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations
  • Stock Items: Orders for stocked tools or consumables can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Custom Orders: Once a custom print job has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
